Global Head of Customer Experience.

Location: Dublin

Main Purpose: 

The successful candidate will be responsible for continuing to build and execute on Customer Services strategy for growth globally .

In this role, you will also partner cross-functionally with engineering , product, sales, renewals, onboarding, support, and other teams to ensure the ecosystem required to service 100’s of customers is exceptional, while executing and improving upon customer retention playbooks.
As Global Head of Customer Experience  you will be creating value for our customer, create a vision and authentic customer service ethos and actively seeking feedback from all of our customers. Being unswerving in acting upon it, caring about the outcome and not just having a process

The ideal candidate would be customer centric in their DNA, going the extra mile and always putting customer first. You should see yourself as the Global Customer Representative within the organisation– a strong voice of the customer ensuring the highest standards of customer experience are delivered all the time in a consistent and exceptional manner.

Reporting to: Global Vice President of Sales

Location : This can be based in US or Ireland  ideal close o one of our sites

Responsibilities:

Technically minded you will use your influencing and relationship-building skills, you will provide excellent client service, research, innovative solutions, and market insights. You will anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and develop a robust customer service strategy and understand how our range of product and service offerings can grow their business. Passionately working with them, you set the vision and the strategy to long-lasting partnerships with our clients.
