The successful candidate will be responsible for continuing to build and execute on Customer Services strategy for growth globally .
In this role, you will also partner cross-functionally with engineering , product, sales, renewals, onboarding, support, and other teams to ensure the ecosystem required to service 100’s of customers is exceptional, while executing and improving upon customer retention playbooks.
As Global Head of Customer Experience you will be creating value for our customer, create a vision and authentic customer service ethos and actively seeking feedback from all of our customers. Being unswerving in acting upon it, caring about the outcome and not just having a process

Location : This can be based in US or Ireland ideal close o one of our sites

You will anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and develop a robust customer service strategy and understand how our range of product and service offerings can grow their business.
