Magdalena Trancygier is the Office and Facilities Manager for the Taoglas Gdansk, Poland office. She also supports HR and Finance functions for our Polish entity.
Why do you enjoy working at Taoglas?
This job gives me a lot of satisfaction of what I do, an opportunity to use my skills and to develop myself in new areas. Moreover, the whole Team is awesome, I can always count on them no matter what.
How are we different from other companies?
From my perspective, Taoglas gives me a sense of belonging, the environment is dynamic, and many things happen on a daily basis, but there is no overwhelming pressure or unhealthy stress. Taoglas is a stable company that supports and listens to its employees.
What motivates you at work?
Feeling that everything I do is important for the team and for the company itself. The company is developing and growing, and I feel that my work and my commitment is highly appreciated.
What advice do you have for people just starting out in their career in your field?
For those just starting out in my field, the main advice is to be open minded and calm. This position includes a very wide scope of duties in different areas, so you have to be open for getting new tasks done, and flexible to switch between completely different projects.
