Wi-Fi/Bluetooth Embedded Antennas

Wi-Fi or Bluetooth Antennas are the antennas that connect to your smart devices. These antennas can be embedded in a device, and they act as receivers and transmitters of radio waves. The antenna types are based on the frequency range, which is measured in gigahertz (GHz). The bandwidth of an antenna is also important for determining its type.

They come in two different types: omnidirectional and directional.

  • Omnidirectional Antenna: A omnidirectional antenna transmits and receives signals equally in all directions (360°).
  • Directional Antenna: A directional antenna transmits and receives signals best at one direction.

Wi-Fi/Bluetooth embedded antennas are used to transmit data from one device to another over short distances (up to several meters). They are also used in communication systems that use radio waves to send information from one point to another without wires connecting them together.
