New Dedicated Centre for M2M Antenna Test and Design
Embedded Systems Conference (ESC) – Sao Paolo, Brazil – May 25, 2011 – Taoglas, the leading M2M antenna provider, today announced it is expanding its engineering capability by opening a new product development centre in Tijuana, Mexico. This is the fourth Taoglas lab globally. The centre will provide dedicated engineering services and expert advice to all M2M companies in automotive, tracking, remote monitoring and metering markets in Mexico and South America.

The new lab will concentrate on cellular (2G/3G/4G) and RFID/ISM (433, 868, 915MHz, 2.4GHz/5.8GHz) antenna support. It will provide valuable services to customers looking for advice and expertise on all aspects of antenna selection for M2M products from support on choosing and how to integrate antennas correctly, to hardware support and customization services.
Since 2009, Taoglas has successfully hired and trained the brightest and best engineers to run its product development centres lab in Ireland, USA and Taiwan. The company will continue this tradition in Mexico to hire the best antenna engineers in the market giving Taoglas customers the benefit from many years of design expertise in-house and the most qualified experts to collaboration on products.
