Chan is the Regional Sales Manager for Australia and New Zealand. His role is to manage the Australia and New Zealand region helping customers solve their connectivity problems using Taoglas products and services. He also work closely with channel partners in ANZ region to make sure their end customers are satisfied with product and support from Taoglas.
Why did you choose to work at Taoglas?
As an engineer I am always keen to learn new technologies and Taoglas is a company which is passionate on developing new technologies and investing & encouraging research and development to provide great solutions around connectivity. This helps me to develop new skills and grow hand in hand solving complex connectivity problems in my industry.
How are we different from other companies?
In my short time here, I think Taoglas cares about its employees and encourages to support each other to move forward as a team. Senior management here in Taoglas is always open to take suggestions from its employees and encourages new ideas brought to table to discuss freely. Taoglas provides regular trainings on new technologies, products and services which helps me to keep up to date and motivates to be more successful.
What advice do you have for people just starting out in their career in your field?
In any field I believe there is always something new to learn and enhance our skills and capabilities. My advice is what I do every day, always be passionate about learning new things which can help you to be a better person every single day.
What motivates you at work?
Talking to amazing people both in and outside of Taoglas daily and solving their problems. In my role at Taoglas no two days are same and I like the challenges I face everyday in my role and how we solve them.
