Meet Lynn Westberg

As the office manager of our San Diego location, Lynn Westberg serves as the central hub, supporting all departments. She handles facilities-related issues, including security, access control, utilities, vendors, and coordinates internal meetings and events. Lynn is also involved in accounting functions for the office and employee engagement, ensuring the office runs smoothly, efficiently, and maintains a positive culture. Her comprehensive oversight ensures that every aspect of the office is well-managed, fostering a productive and harmonious work environment.

Before joining Taoglas what other roles did you hold?

Before Taoglas I worked in hospitality; I have a degree in hotel and restaurant management. I have held different management positions within luxury hotel operations.

Why did you choose to work at Taoglas?

I was seeking a career change and began looking for an opportunity where my background in hospitality could benefit an office setting. I loved Taoglas’s Irish roots and global presence, and the diversity of industries that they provide solutions for.

Tell me about your role within Taoglas?

As the office manager, I am the hub of the office. I support all departments and the CEO. I handle all facilities related issues including security/access control, accounting functions, utilities, vendors and internal meetings and events for our San Diego location. I am heavily involved with employee engagement and ensure the office is running smoothly.

Why do you enjoy working at Taoglas?

I love working at Taoglas because of all the people. I love interacting with everyone every day.

How are we different from other companies?

Taoglas has a great casual culture while getting the job done. I love that you can be yourself and never find yourself in a stuffy environment.

How has Taoglas supported you in your career?

Taoglas has provided me with the tools I need to be successful and has supported me with continuing my education. I am currently taking the necessary course work to take the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)® exam.

What advice do you have for people just starting out in their career in your field?

Think about every task that you do and how it relates to the big picture. Everything you do should support the company’s overall goals.

What motivates you at work?

I am motivated by the feeling of being supported and knowing that I can ask for help if needed.
