Protecting Global Security. Enabling Responsible Innovation.
At Taoglas, we maintain robust systems and controls designed to prevent our technology from reaching unauthorised parties, and we continuously strengthen these controls to reflect evolving sanctions, export controls and supply chain risks, often going beyond legal requirements and established industry norms.
We recognise the inherent downstream risk in our industry of components being misused, and we proactively go beyond legal and regulatory requirements to mitigate those risks throughout the supply chain.
A Robust, Global Trade Compliance Framework
Our trade compliance framework uses a multifaceted approach to screening and due diligence, assessing: Who is seeking access to our products or services Where our products or services will be used or deployed Why they are being procured, including intended end use and end user The accumulation of these checks significantly increases our ability to detect and remediate attempts to circumvent trade controls, while allowing legitimate transactions to proceed efficiently. Our trade compliance system: • Draws on industry best practice, regulatory guidance and legal expertise • Operates consistently across all Taoglas locations, teams and functions • Leverages world class third party compliance technology • Is supported by active internal supervision and and external advisors • Is regularly reviewed and updated to reflect changes in sanctions, export controls and geopolitical risk

End User Declarations
Obtained from customers when deemed required.
Channel controls
