Taoglas AI Antenna Recommendation Engine Shortlisted for Engineering Excellence Award

Taoglas has been shortlisted in the Innovation in Engineering – Large category at the 2026 Engineering Excellence Awards for its AI-Driven Antenna Product Recommendation Engine.

The shortlisting recognises the innovation behind the Recommendation Engine, which brings together AI and more than 20 years of Taoglas RF expertise to make antenna selection faster and specialist RF knowledge more accessible. The tool is the first of its kind to use AI and proprietary engineering data to guide antenna selection.

Being named a finalist is recognition of the work of the teams across Taoglas who brought the technology to life, and of our continued investment in new ways to help customers address complex RF design challenges.

The Engineering Excellence Awards celebrate outstanding achievements in Irish engineering, recognising organisations and teams demonstrating technical excellence and innovation.
