Taoglas Transitions Advanced IoT Solutions Division to TxWireless

San Diego – Monday, 26 February 2024 – Taoglas®, a trusted provider of antennas and IoT components that help solve complex engineering problems, announced today that it has established  TxWireless ™ (previously Taoglas IoT Solutions) as an independent and separate subsidiary and brand. The new company continues the heritage of its wireless expertise into advanced design for manufacturing excellence and continuous engineering in healthcare, transportation, and industrial applications.    

TxWireless boasts a multidisciplinary team that includes industrial designers, electrical and mechanical engineers, device-to-cloud cybersecurity experts, device firmware and software specialists, and compliance and regulatory experts who minimize connected device development time and costs. Leveraging pre-existing IoT hardware, firmware and device software platforms, the company utilizes its years of technical project experience to expedite IoT project times and market launches.

The inception of Custom IoT Solutions traces back to Taoglas’ strategic acquisition of Firmware in 2019. This move expanded Taoglas’ advanced IoT design services, which date back to the addition of Minneapolis in 2012. Since then, the company has grown with regional teams across North America and EMEA, alongside research and test facilities in Ireland and Poland.
