UAV Antenna Solutions
The Unmanned Aerial Vehicle market requires IoT to function, it is crucial for Tracking and staying connected with the Remote Control. The Taoglas Airvu Band Pass Filter series can be used in drones and other UAV’s to reduce out of band noise entering the receiver. Taoglas’ patent-pending Terrablast antennas are ideal for UAV applications due to the material’s light weight, WTSP is the Wi-Fi patch while GGBTP.35 is used for GNSS. However, if High-Precision GNSS is required the AGPSF.36C is the perfect solution as it can prevent out of band noise with the use of an LNA. This antenna boasts a very tight Phase Centre Offset(PSO) at just ±2cm at the L1 Band and ±5cm at the L2 band. For an external solution, the WCM.02 is used at the 2.4GHz frequency band and provides a low peak gain(less than 2dBi).
