Your cellular 4G or 5G router is guaranteed for a 24-month warranty period. Additionally, all batteries carry a 6-month warranty. If the product stops operating within this specific warranty period, the product can be repaired, replaced with a new product, replaced with an equivalent repaired product fulfilling the same functionality, or replaced with a different product fulfilling the same functionality. Warranty does not apply for defects or malfunctions caused by accidents, misuse, improper maintenance or inadequate installation. Warranty is not applicable for supplementary product equipment (e.g., PSU, power cable, antennas).
Should you change your mind about installing the router, it may be returned in its new condition within 30 days of shipment. Please contact rma@optconnect.com for more information on the return process — or for details on returning a device within the warranty period.
Issue: Power lights are not illuminated on the router.
Tip: Verify power connections are correct (refer to point 2d, above).
Issue: Internet speed is slow.
Tip: Refer to signal lights on the router to verify signal strength. NOTE: If traveling in an area where 5G or 4G are not available, your router will automatically attempt a 4G or 3G/2G
connection, depending on router type.
Issue: Power lights are on, but signal bars do not appear.
Tip: Verify that your subscription is active by logging in to “Taoglas – powered by OptConnect”. Keep in mind that you may not have cellular connectivity in the region where you are traveling – even if your subscription is active. https://rv.account.optconnect.com/users/sign_in
Issue: Wi-Fi connection isn’t working.
