Taoglas Synergy Series

The Taoglas Synergy Series is a next-generation, low-profile, multi-antenna solution designed for demanding vehicle roof applications. Housed in a rugged, UV-resistant, IP67-rated ABS enclosure, the Synergy combines up to 11 high-performance antennas in one compact unit eliminating the need for a cluttered “antenna farm” on the vehicle roof to support the wide range of radio technologies required in today’s connected world.

Engineered for real-time data-intensive applications such as high-speed video streaming and telematics, the Synergy delivers exceptional MIMO performance with high isolation and gain, ensuring maximum signal quality and throughput. Its GNSS antenna is optimized for high-precision positioning, even in complex environments, while the 5G/4G antennas maintain compatibility with global 2G and 3G bands for seamless fallback. With its aerodynamic profile and permanent mount design, the Synergy Series is a robust, all-in-one antenna solution for modern connected vehicles enabling reliable, high-speed connectivity on the move.

Synergy series antennas are available with duotone, all white, or all black enclosures. Other configurations are available upon request, contact your local Taoglas customer service team for more information.

Integration

Proper installation of the Synergy series antenna is essential to maintain the waterproof integrity of the vehicle or enclosure and to ensure optimal performance across all antenna elements.

Typical Integration Steps:

1. Mounting Location: The Synergy antenna is secured via a 22 mm diameter threaded mounting stud. In many cases, it can be installed in the vehicle's existing OEM antenna location. If this is not available, a 24 mm hole will need to be drilled in the roof or enclosure.

2. Surface Preparation: Clean and dry the mounting surface thoroughly to ensure a secure seal. Route the cables through the hole.

3. Antenna Placement: Remove the 3M adhesive backing from the base of the antenna. Position the antenna in the desired orientation and press firmly into place.

4.Securing the Antenna: From inside the vehicle, slide the washer and nut over the cable bundle and tighten to secure the antenna firmly to the roof.
